The coconut barfi are small sweet balls made of coconut representing the symbol of India in the world with regard to the bakery. They are both amazing taste alone that accompanied a steaming cup of tea or coffee, as well as being very nice to give to their friends in nice gift boxes.

CHOCOLATA HAZELNUT MOUSSE
DESCRIPTION
Crunchy, creamy, rich—there is no shortage of praise for this dessert! this is luscious party fare, with the special touch of hazelnuts. However, where hazelnuts are not available you can use walnuts instead, without compromising on the taste and feel. While making the praline, take care not to stir the sugar; allow it to melt on its own to avoid the sugar from sticking to the spatula. To make this mousse quick and easy, i have opted for a spread like nutella that is readily available.

Jalfrazie is a combination of veggies flavoured with a sweet and sour gravy. The usp of this recipe however is the brown rice. Since it is not milled, its outer covering or bran that is rich in fibre is kept intact, making it a healthy and diabetic-friendly ingredient. It is good for weight-watchers too. Brown rice requires more water and takes more time to cook as compared to normal rice and so you need a little patience while preparing this recipe. Yet, believe me; every minute spent is worth the effort!

Baking cookie dough in a waffle iron takes about a minute and a half, a real time-saver when you've got to have warm cookies right away. These cookies,look like mini waffles, but they bake up just like oatmeal-chocolate chip cookies, with browned, toasty oats on the outside and gooey, melty chips. Once cooled, they look cute garnishing bowls of ice cream.
